Quality and rules of conduct

At Taxi Centrale Schiphol, we have made quality a priority for a great many years.

To reinforce this strength, the quality of all of our vehicles and drivers is guaranteed in accordance with the TX quality mark, the national quality mark for taxi transport in the Netherlands. Furthermore, Taxi Centrale Schiphol is certified under ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental approval mark).

One of the ways our quality guarantee manifests itself is in the way that Taxi Centrale Schiphol deals with complaints. Naturally, any complaint is one complaint too many, but in the unlikely event of a complaint, we follow this up and deal with it in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the Royal Dutch Transport Federation for Taxis. Moreover, our environmental management system sets requirements for the way in which we run our business, always with a focus on the environment!

In addition to this, Taxi Centrale Schiphol is affiliated to the Royal Dutch Transport Federation for Taxis (KNV), we are a member of the Amsterdam Platform for High quality Taxis (APK) and TCS and all of its vehicles are affiliated to the national disputes committee for taxi transport.
